The Erotic Years, 1940 – 1945 by Patrick Buisson, is a controversial picture book depicting trysts between Nazis and French women in occupied France. The well-designed, coffee table book is filled with photos, letters, and other forms of ephemera.
I had to purchase this book from a book dealer in France as it is not currently available in the U.S. Although the book is in French making it very difficult for me to read, The Guardian and the Daily Mail have written a few interesting articles about this topic and book (links 1, 2, 3).
